How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of citiexpresss (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Excellent hard drive for backup
Fast shipping, works top on my windows pc.
Consistent storage. It was necessary to partitioning the disk so that it was usable in the operating system (diskmgmt. MSc from the command prompt). In the rest it works perfectly.
Working well so far I have it for a month
Product seems to be good quality, but I still have not used the same to be able to wualiify it better. Fast store on delivery recommend.
At the first connection, I gave an error "the disk is damaged and not readable", which scared me very much, so the box was slightly crumpled and I decided that something broke. I even started a dispute, but then I remembered about formatting and about a miracle-literally after 5 seconds the disk started working (working 16 TB out of 18 TB). While there was no time to throw something on it, but in the near future I will do it)
All good with the product, arrived in good condition and passing the tests reached 126 Mb/s and it is 5.45TB effective
I bought a HD of 18 you will have... He and very handsome as in the description .. He is silent... (makes some noises when starting Windows but nothing out of the ordinary) I have with him other external HDS of the Seagate. And a good HD, though the only part that made me crestfallen was the recording factor of it... That's when you make a copy... It is very slow to make copies in high volumes, even if it is in the USB 3.2 or 3.0 does not exceed the rate of 35 or at most 40 MBS, this having a gruff computer with ryzem 7 and elite aoros motherboard. In the rest he fulfills what he promises .. He and very beautiful and practical. The store and highly considerate... Arrived super fast... For those who want to make a not very large and ideal backup, the value pays off and the investment a lot, only the write and read rate are very slow, but nothing absurd to take and record a lot of backup stuff. Generally I recommend, but I hope you will improve the rates of HD readings.
Ok, so the packaged was destroyed as you can see. Didn't have high hopes. My minipc completely froze and refused to recognize the drive, so I thought my fears were realized, but I plugged it into my rtx 3070 monster and it instantly recognized it, I formatted the drive, and suddenly it's working perfectly, no errors, perfectly healthy drive. Enclosure looks nice, quality is good, and obviously based on it's survival, it's fairly sturdy. After format it's at around 12.7 TB, which is expected for the 14 TB model due to the difference in OS reporting vs manufacturer.
So far without complaints.
I like the disc, the packaging is decent, the smart drive is clean. The case is made thoughtfully, the disc does not heat up at maximum load. The temperature does not rise above 44 degrees. Pleased and fast delivery.

Just reached Me relatively quickly, so far works perfectly HDD 6TB, usable space 5.45 TB, the packaging is good.
Fast delivery, as described, a little noisy
HDD received yesterday in first class packaging. My I7 4790K PC didn't recognized it nor wanted to initialize it. Recognized by my Ryzen without problem. I have no time actually to use it. So I still don't know how it work. Anyway I am satisfied with the service. Will come back later for further feedback.

Works well. I like it. However, about 2 TB is missing - that is, it's 16.3 TB instead of 18 TB. That difference is huge! Otherwise it works well and is nice.
