If the left and right ears cannot form a team, please follow the following steps:

Steps: When the two earphones are turned on at the same time, the red and blue lights flash alternately for about 5 seconds the left and right earphones are automatically connected to each other, and the TWS team is successful. The red and blue lights of the main earphone flash and the blue light of the secondary earphone flashes slowly. When the Bluetooth of the mobile phone is turned on, the blue light of the earphone flashes slowly after the pairing is successful.

Operation steps for the use of one earphone: take out any earphone from the charging warehouse and turn it on. The red and blue lights will flicker alternately. At this time, turn on the phone’s Bluetooth to pair the search connection.

Call voice assistant: after the headset is connected to the standby process, long press for 2 seconds to release the hand to wake up the voice assistant (SURD) function;

Master-slave switching operation: Put the earphones in the charging compartment, and the earphones will display a red light after closing the cover. The headphone indicator lights on the left and right sides of the charging compartment indicate that the charging compartment has electricity and the headset is being charged. When it is fully charged, the headset and charging compartment lights are off.

Bluetooth reconnects operation: if the Bluetooth and the phone have been paired successfully and the phone has not deleted the address code information (pairing name), the headset can be automatically reconnected by restarting the headset (or after the headset is plugged into the charging bin, it will automatically reconnect by unplugging the headset).



1. Put the earphone in the charging compartment, and the earphone will display a red light. The charging bin will display a blue light that is always on, indicating that the charging bin has electricity and the charging bin lamp of the headphone box will be off when the headset is charged.

2. When the blue light of the charging bin is lower than 1

grid, it means that the low electricity needs to be replenished for about 1 hour after the battery is fully charged, and 4 blue lights will always be on.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.


Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)

I don't listen to music through them. I watch a movie, I answer calls. For these purposes the sound of norms. When you call, you can hear the interlocutor a little quietly, but not critical. For 12 hours of viewing (I changed my ears, I looked in one) I was discharged only to 81%. Charge quickly. The box itself is the size of a bar of soap. I didn't really like how it opens-it closes, you need to get used to it, although this is already nit-picking. For the price is great.
