How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of citiexpresss (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I liked the backpack. Hard back. A capacious compartment. I got Canon 60D with 24-70mm, two flashes, a transmitter, two batteries and a charger. Plus there is a place on top of the backpack. Of the minuses, there are very few internal pockets for cards/batteries. You have to shove in the side, but you will not attack them, I still put the keys, phone and purse there. In general, the purchase is happy. I went to Moscow in 7 days.
Excellent and most importantly not great! Quality at first glance is super, let's see how it will be over time.
A good quality backpack, large and roomy, even very large) took with the calculation that in addition to the camera and lenses I will carry all the things from the handbag, in short, all the hurma. It's a good quality bag, looks cool, and arrived in 3 weeks to Hungary. My only problem is that my 15,6" laptop does not fit, okay, it's not slim, but not that thick either. I've tried it with my ultraslim work laptop and it fits, but just barely. Someone wrote in the reviews that their 17" fits too, no way a 17" fits in this bag, so if this is crucial info for anyone, I'd recommend it for 14" laptops, or ultra ultra slim 15,6" ones.
Sensational, very fast, good quality material
I can't be more surprised and happy about the article. First, it comes very well packed, the airtight closure of the bag makes the backpack arrive perfect. Just taking the backpack out of the bag comes with the label and, the separators find themselves unpositioned. As they stick with belcro you can put them as you like. I 've had two left over. (I Upload photo of the camera placed, 3 lenses and 3 filters). In the upper compartment I put a flash and its accessories, a couple of batteries and its charger. There's more than enough space for everything. The backpack is tough, does not weigh, looks hard and firm. The good thing about the interior is that it's velvet and if you add that the compartments are well held there nothing moves. I don't think a product had ever surprised me so well. From the photos it seemed to be less of a ”thing but it's not at all like that. I 've been looking at several backpacks, since I 've never had one and I wanted to be sure of the decision. I recommend it. 10!!!

Замечательный рюкзак за свои деньги. Очень вместительный - 3 камеры, 3 объектива, и ещё куча допов + ноутбук. Лямки для штатива вмещают в себя 2 штуки, что мне позволило в 1 сумке носить все своё оборудование для съемки в одиночку. Однозначно рекомендую. Из минусов только глянцевая металическая застежка, которая за 2 недели уже поцарапалась, но это мелочь по сравнению с общими плюсами. Кстати. В плохую погоду отлично себя показывает. Мастхэв!
Guys, the backpack is very high quality. Delivered to Almaty for exactly a month. Materials that inside that outside are very high quality. The size of the backpack is medium or slightly smaller than average. Do not expect this backpack for a very large Setapa and that there is a lot to fit. In my case, in the lower compartment Sony a6400, Sony 18-105, simga 16mm 1.4, DJI Mavic Air with a remote control, 5 batteries. handle for the cage, microphones 2 pieces, a set for cleaning the sensor, etc., while in the return compartment with access from above remained empty. There I could already put some clothes or other equipment. Carry here a full frame with 4-5 lenses, with stabilizers, etc will not work. Tripod to attach only outside the bottom of the backpack. The technique is very well protected. The walls are thick, soft, the inner partitions on the modeling are not always well glued to the walls of the backpack because of the shape of the backpack. But in general, look like a very expensive quality backpack.

Amazing quality for such bag. Fits a LOT of camera gear. Inside i have the camera body, 3 lenses, 2 lights, flash, batteries, charger and there is still space but the weight load is scary for the bag to survive long time without tearing haha. Still amazing how many items you can carry.
I really loved the bag it's definitely worth it's money such a super quality ! The Bag took less than a month to arrive to algeria
