The product came as the photo shows, to Peru arrived in about 20-25 days, at first I was reading a lot but I think it was because I moved it very fast but then everything normal and very good for its price, you can get the call and chat through the clock, It's got a good battery already taking me for over a week and still gives for more, nice image definition and the sound it emits is not so clear, you hear a little rallous but for your price everything is very good.
