How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of citiexpresss (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Passans, this is a straight gun. I use with my zifrus on rysen 9 and 3060. Yes, it does not charge all 100%, but only 40 in energy-saving mode. But this is expected. Since the laptop is still quite powerful and for the road I have a second external shark for spies. Gives out honest 100W with his cable, for which he actually took it.

The shipping is fast and the product is convenient .. It is larger than you think, but I like it because it is not thick ~ I feel like I have a good chance of living well.

I ordered it at 3/21 13, but it arrived at 3/25 13. It is a very famous product, so the quality seems to be good. I was a little worried that the delivery was also packed with buffer vinyl, but the product box is far away except for a small dent you're going to decide.

The can is excellent, the packaging is like in an expensive phone, a lot of cardboard is gone. Xiaomi 11pro began to charge with 9 volts. I took for a laptop Huawei D15 in work not yet tested. Consider the weight of the can decent when buying.

Well powerbank work as described. I great thing is the size which is very compact and light weight. However its takes too much time to full charge around 7 hours.
The bank looks great, the box, the design is on top .. For a gift very much evenAlthough I did not understand how to achieve 100W charging .. The phone supports 120W, from the Can charges only on 19V .. As u accept from 120W charger 19V and 3,2 A .. Does not support most likely protocols ..
Cool powerbank. Capacity after conversion 66Wh (13200mah rated capacity instead of advertised 12000mah - excellent, in good sense). A liitle bit heaver/bigger than his 65W brother. Now it made from plastic instead of aluminum, so it hot even with 24W - 50°C, enviroment - 21°C).All decribed protocols works, but it can't fast charge xiaomi/realmi (65w+) due to absent mi turbo (checked with mi pad 5 pro, mi 11 ultra) and svooc. With this powerbank my laptop works 2:45 on PD. Also i very like new screen that show estimated time to charge/disharge. 100W works. Seller packed parcel very well, the box looks very premium. If this model was in metal maybe it be more cool). Waiting for model with mi turbo.
Delivery fast, came discharged in zero, put on charge and somehow strangely charged showed 300 Ma 30 minutes to 100% very strange. But after discharge to 60% charged at 1.5 A. 20 v. 33W. The power supply is very heated in 20-25 minutes, you need to see an assistant charge, and still not in it 20000 Ma. And so the bank is cool.

Powerbank came home by cdek. Shipping from China 1.5 month. The box was slightly crumpled. That I wanted to charge the laptop with Powerbank. Gives out a 20V laptop charges. Came with 73% charging. In general, everything is OK.
