Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

It's an EU plug, so it's loose in the Korean outlet. Both USB-C 1 and 2 ports are supported at least up to 100 W when using alone. There is no cable or device supporting 120 W, so I couldn't test it until there. USB-C ports are redistributed for a while, and there seems to be no phenomenon of restarting. If the C type port is used at the same time, it will redistribute the capacity within the 120 W range (60 + 60, etc.) If you use USB-A. USB-C2 port, the power is disconnected and restarted in some cases, there are cases where fast charging does not work (it seems to act with 5 v 3 A). The heat is similar to or slightly lower than other gan charger, the stand-by power came at a slightly lower level than the catalog specification of 0.23 W. The noise is at a level that you can hear both when you are unload and when you are charging. The frequency is not even high, so it almost does not bother. The efficiency depends on the output, but is about 80 to 90%. As a whole, I think it is a very satisfactory product except for the unavoidable plug problem.

Works as promised, charges both HP, which has a standard charge of 65W, and MacBook Pro 16 2019, while charging the phone. It is tolerant, does not burn, you can calmly hold your hand.
