Arrived in 5 days. Item as described and works. The head belt is tight even at the longest setting. Music is the same 8-10 seconds repeating so it gets annoying after a while. The massaging sound is loud (maybe that’s why it defaulted on music on?) so forget about the “sleep mode”. Other then theses 3 things, the massager is decent, the heat feature is nice. Only used it once so I haven’t charged it yet. Will report back if there’s any other issues.
