REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

The quality looks super good, I was afraid to be wrong in size because I did not measure my lap and take the medium measurement and it was good, even a little bigger. Inside it is like plushy and has cushions inside for blows. I loved it, as in the ad the handle can be hidden.
