How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of citiexpresss (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Delivery arrives on scheduled day, packing is neat, initial setting is a bit of test and error Performance is less reliable, the overall level is low. Blood pressure is 25% and blood sugar is 35%. I think I should be satisfied with the trend. Feeling that there is a deviation by day, battery performance is weak I used it for 10 hours after buffer, 23% left, 60 Minutes repeat measurement I think the conclusion is useful if you don't expect it.
I am very satisfied with the purchase, but from my experience I would like to suggest scanning the quarcod on the watch itself, to download the program for communication with the phone, because the anatation is given a different program when scanning, maybe it is suitable, but I didn't risk it. And also a very large tight fit of the watch to the hand, so you need to adjust the watch strap slightly tightly, but not pressing the hand. Measurement accuracy pleases! Do not be afraid if when comparing the readings of the clock and the phone will vary, data synchronization and data update on the phone does not occur every minute, but in the interval you set, the smallest 10 minutes. Everyone who is interested in their health, I recommend buying such a smart watch!
I must give maximal number of stars, but there is a problem with aplication, and connection via bluetoot. Second application works, but not good like first one from manual barcode. support tried to help, thats the reason for my recomendation of this product to buyers. repair app!!! this is good braclet, don t leave job unfinished. The SmartWatch arrived very quicly. In the package I found four different belt, all of them are surprisingly high quality and comfortable to wear. It is easy to replace the belts, so I can change it anytime depends on my needs. The watch itself is good quality, not not heavy. Medical measurements are very accurate compared to my real devices, which indicates nearly the same. I spent a whole day with these values and I never experienced a serious difference. It comes with many features and functions, the application is very clever and well configurable. With my intensive usage a day costs ~10% in battery. It can be better after I do not play with the watch so much :) The only weak point is the range of the bluetooth connection. It is maximum 10 meters, over this range watch start to loose the connection with my phone. My previous watch was much much much more stronger with its 20m range. But I can tolerate it. SUM: this is an excellent product, I hope it will with me a very long time.

After charging and installing the application, SmartHealth connects to the smartphone. There are various clock settings in the application (none of them have been tried yet, and feedback will be added later). The battery dropped to 78% in four days.-Okay. . Shopping is satisfactory. The salesman recommended and answered quickly.
