How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of citiexpresss (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
My son's desktop has not got enough HDMI slots left to support another 4K monitor. His excuse is that with another monitor he would work more efficiently for his school work and exams. I'm not totally convinced but since he has done well in his preliminary exams so far what is the cost of a 4K monitor and an HDMI port for good final Higher exam results? With my arm firmly twisted, he chose his own monitor and I got him this docking port to support his dual 4K monitor display. This docking port has lots of additional features and functions so it should hopefully will be useful for at least a few years in to the future. Basically, one USB desktop port can give you 9 additional different ports. It work perfectly so far
It is a small enough hub that can be easily packed into a backpack for use in your daily tasks. Ability to use up to 8 TB NVME drives is a bonus. Reliable and quick way to store files from an iPad.
Great addition to my new MacBook Air the quality and size is great makes connection accessories to my computer effortless. The usb-c plugs fit perfectly and flush to my computer. The design is sleek and very easy to travel with almost as if it is part of the computer already. Nice size indicator light to let you know it is connected. This also has an hdmi plug as well as the 2 usbslots, 1 Type-c，1 Gigabit Ethernet port，1 memory card slots, and 1Audio jack. Great adapter connection.
This item is amazing for the price. It comes with a short Thunderbolt USB C-C/A Cable which is a huge plus. I can switch this between my PC and my iPAD. I stuck my SSD inside and was worried it was going to flail about but upon digging inside the box I found some vibration insulating pads in many different sizes that fit my SSD perfectly. Everything is tight and snug. I highly reccomend this product.
I love that with this one device I have been able to replace a number of adapters and hubs give new life to my collection of SATA HDDs and SSDs. I can now just carry around and plug in this single device to have access to my most important files and automatically connect my mouse and keyboard to any device via the Logitech unifying receiver I keep on the side USB 2.0 port. The construction is solid and the sliding door for the SATA drive fits securely and is not difficult to take off.
With my MBP M1 device, it can be charged at 100W, HDMI external display supports 4K 60hz output, external USB devices, headphones, etc. can be connected. Internal expansion M2 SSD, support dual protocol, SATA and nvme protocols. It meets my basic needs. The functions of this docking station meet all my needs for external devices. There is also a very important point. The whole body is made of metal and has a good texture.
This thing is small (about the size of a phone). I have 3 monitors (2 via HDMI and one DP). I also have a camera hooked up to it and then my laptop directly plugged into it via USB-C. This works GREAT. Hopefully it lasts!
This little plug and play port replicator works perfectly with my Lenovo ThinkPad. I currently have it in my thunderbolt USB-c port. I have a separate USB-C power port. I have 2 HDMI monitors and a webcam plugged in. Going to add my wireless mouse and keyboard via USB. Great deal!

I travel a lot between offices and most of time I need dual monitors, my keyboard, mouse, and a memory card when working. So I decided to buy this hub. I only have positive things to say about this hub. It's plug-and-play with every monitor I had in the office. It looks and feels well built. I can easily plug the hub after a conference meeting and switch back to work in a few seconds. I’d definitely suggest this product to my colleagues.
Omaaagaaad I really needed this. I didn't know this is that much useful. I used a lot of 1in1 C type adapters for my Macbook pro. Now it's so easy to use and looks so clear and it makes me more comfortable. And the size is perfect. I looove it so much
If I could, I would have 5 monitor screens for my job but I only have 3. Ever since teleworking due to covid, I’ve been stuck with 2 and desperately missing my 3rd screen. By having this mighty magical USB C HUB I have been able to: 1) less things connected to my laptop directly. Like my mouse/keyboard, the one screen. We’ve complete got rid of the HDMI big connector and able to only connect the USB C hub directly to my laptop and everything else gets connected to the HUB. 2) the HUB is small, sleek, and easy to hide behind my laptop or monitor screens. Which frees up lot of space around my desk and my laptop. 3) customer service reached out to me to ask if this device is working even before I got to use it which was so caring and nice!!! I’m a happy camper with my 3 screens now!

This docking station hard disk box is really good, the packaging is very beautiful, the magnetic suction design is very good, the tool-free installation and disassembly are very convenient, the all-aluminum alloy body is very textured, I like it very much. There is almost no heat in standby. This one has very low heat, which is very good. The speed is also good, around 900MB/s. The Plextor 1t was used for the test, with a read speed of 900MB/s and a write speed of 800MB/s, which I personally think is absolutely good. At present, my favorite docking station hard disk box basically meets the needs of the current market. The network port is gigabit.
For what it can do, it’s worth it. It has multiple uses and is lightweight/portable. I even connected another USB-C Hub (Anker) to see if it’ll work together and it does . ACASIS’s 10-in-1 Hub has much more use, that it’s replacing my Anker 7-in1 USB-C hub.
Using for an M1 iPad, very useful to add multiple USB ports and the M2 functionality is great for more storage. Card ports work well to copy files from SD cards to M2 drive for dumping footage and photos.
I chose this unit because it includes an internal dock for an SSD. Easy to set up with no issues, works as advertised. By now most people are aware of the bandwidth limitations of the M1 Mac Mini's USB, so read/write speeds for the SSD are lower than they should be but adequate for my usage. Maybe Apple will fix this in the future?

I installed a 1TB NVMe SSD and currently using this Hub with my 16” MacBook Pro. Data transfer speed is as advertised and the wide variety of ports is convenient. One USB-C connects all my external devices.It's great compact all in one hub. It has almost all the ports you may need for your workstation. The hub also works great with my iPad Pro.
